Ben Nathan

Ben has a strong background in financial due diligence and corporate finance, advising ambitious businesses through complex deals to achieve their growth objectives.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Grant Thornton advising on buy side, sell side, and refinancing transactions across a range of industries. Ben started his career at BDO in their Financial Services audit team in London, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA), building a strong foundation in financial analysis and audit.

Ben is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
