Next 15 acquires leading Innovation Agency Brandwidth


Next 15 is a communications business which employs over 1,800 people across 39 offices in 14 countries, incorporating 18 subsidiary agencies spanning digital content, marketing, PR, consumer, technology, marketing software, market research, public affairs and policy communications.



Brandwidth is a fully integrated, award-winning innovation agency. With offices in London, Windsor and San Francisco, and over 100 in-house experts, they reinvest over 10% of turnover into innovation. They apply it through insight, creativity and technology, to projects across the full spectrum of branding, marketing and digital challenges. The company is a trusted partner to some of the world’s biggest brands right across sectors, including Apple, DuPont and Disney.



Next 15 has acquired 100% of Brandwidth for an initial consideration fo £6.2m. The deal brings the significant digital skills of Brandwidth to the group, in particular the capabilities around the use of voice.



We advised Next 15 on their investment into Brandwidth by providing financial and commercial due diligence and advising on key deal structuring matters.


Brandwidth is a great addition to Next 15. It brings significant digital skills to the Group, in particular we are excited to be able to offer clients its capabilities around the use of voice.
