Mark Menezes

Mark is an Associate Director at Continuum Advisors, our partnership firm based in US.

Mark has over 12 years of experience advising founders and leadership teams in the marketing, data analytics, and technology enabled sectors. He has advised clients in various areas including M&A and capital raise deal execution, value creation strategies, re-structuring compensation plans and seller transaction readiness.

He was previously head of the Transaction Advisory group at Calculate, working exclusively with high growth agencies and technology businesses. He also previously was the global leader of financial due diligence at Eaton Corporation, a $20 billion industrial company, working on complex, cross-border deals. Prior to that, he held various positions over seven years with EY in the Transaction Advisory and Investment Banking divisions.

Mark resides in Manhattan and primarily grew up in South Carolina. He is a fitness and travel enthusiast, piano player and enjoys live entertainment and golf.
