About the deal

Be Heard acquired a majority stake in Freemavens as its fourth acquisition, and first in the big data and analytics space. The acquisition gives Be Heard industry leading analytics capability, and augments and enhances the work they do for clients.

Our work

We advised Be Heard throughout their entire Buy Side process, initially providing out short form findings before performing financial due diligence on Freemavens. Having successfully advised Be Heard through the transaction beyond due diligence to Completion, we began working with the Management of Freemavens on their integration, advising on implementing the key recommendations we had made during our Buy Side process.

Be Heard offers the perfect opportunity to take what we have built in analytics and insight to the next level. The value they place on analytics, and the quality of the existing partner companies present enormous new opportunities for Freemavens.
