ABOUT THE DEAL
Jellyfish acquired 75% of the business with an agreement to acquire the remaining 25% at the end of a 21-month period. The acquisition forms part of Jellyfish’s continued global expansion, which has recently seen a move into APAC.
We acted as the exclusive financial adviser to The ASO Co to prepare, market and successfully sell the business, negotiating the final deal terms of the transaction having built a long lasting relationship with the management team right from the beginning of the business.
