Ella is responsible for the firm’s marketing and sales strategy.

As part of this role Ella coordinates public relations and communications and is responsible for the firm’s visual identity and managing the promotion and positioning of the firm as experts in M&A advisory. This includes delivering quality marketing content across PR, social, email and events.

She also works alongside the deal team to provide strategic and design support to pitch activity.

Ella previously worked at Cerno Capital, a boutique private equity firm, in marketing, and holds a First Class Honours degree (MA) in Business Management from The University of Edinburgh. She also completed a summer program at Stanford University in Finance, and Technology Entrepreneurship.

Alannah specialises in both corporate finance advisory and buy side and vendor transaction services, advising corporate acquirers and Private Equity investors.

She has a deep interest in the media and technology sectors and how their ever changing landscapes can present companies with significant growth opportunities. She is also motivated by building productive relationships with clients and ensuring that they achieve the best possible outcome through the provision of strategic and commercially focused advice.

Prior to joining the firm, Alannah started her career in EY Dublin where she undertook her ACA exams in the Transaction Services team, providing buy side and vendor due diligence for both Private Equity and Corporate clients in the financial services industry.

Alannah is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (CAI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree (BCIT) in International Commerce with Spanish from University College Dublin.
