Alastair specialises in both corporate finance and transaction services advising entrepreneurs, private equity investors and large multi-nationals.

He has an immense interest in both media and technology sectors, and thrives on working with dynamic and ambitious stakeholders. His technical expertise and detail-orientated approach complements wider commercial knowledge to provide a rounded advisory offering to buyers and sellers.

Prior to joining WY Partners, Alastair started his career in the M&A team at PwC, operating out of both the London and Madrid offices, advising on global transactions as part of the Technology, Media & Telecoms (‘TMT’) division.

He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA Hons) in Economics & Spanish from Durham University. He is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Elliott works across corporate finance and transaction services engagements, advising both buyers and sellers on deals in the media and technology sectors.

Working alongside founders and shareholders of exciting, growing businesses and supporting them through what can be life-changing events is what Elliott really enjoys about his work at WY Partners. With a keen eye for detail and a deep interest in the media and technology sectors, he is able to provide clients with commercially focused insight that drive successful outcomes.

After beginning his career with KPMG in London within the Financial Services audit practice, Elliott then moved into the firm’s Private Equity transaction services team. There he supported a wide range of large European PE firms on the execution of deals primarily within the technology sector.

He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) having previously graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Management (MA).

Alannah specialises in both corporate finance advisory and buy side and vendor transaction services, advising corporate acquirers and Private Equity investors.

She has a deep interest in the media and technology sectors and how their ever changing landscapes can present companies with significant growth opportunities. She is also motivated by building productive relationships with clients and ensuring that they achieve the best possible outcome through the provision of strategic and commercially focused advice.

Prior to joining the firm, Alannah started her career in EY Dublin where she undertook her ACA exams in the Transaction Services team, providing buy side and vendor due diligence for both Private Equity and Corporate clients in the financial services industry.

Alannah is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (CAI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree (BCIT) in International Commerce with Spanish from University College Dublin.

Ollie assists on all aspects of deal execution, from identifying potential partners or buyers, through to SPA negotiation and completion.

Ollie also has experience providing financial due diligence services to both corporate acquirers and private equity investors.

He is deeply committed to offering assistance during crucial stages of a business’s evolution, motivated to guarantee optimal outcomes from both personal and commercial standpoints.

Prior to joining the firm, Ollie started his career in audit at PwC, where he undertook his ACA exams. He then moved to the Transaction Service team, providing buy side and vendor due diligence for both Private Equity and Corporate clients.

He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Bachelor’s degree (BSc Hons) in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
