Be Heard acquires The Corner in a deal worth £12m

The Corner is a modern agency for modern times. Founded in 2012 by two execs from Publicis and one from Grey the agency has a flat structure and no dominant discipline, bringing the right capabilities together in one ambitious, can do culture. Whether that’s Advertising, Comms Planning, Content & Production, Design & UX, Events & Activation, Research & Insight or Social.



In a deal worth £12m The Corner marks the fifth acquisition for Be Heard since the agency group was launched by former Aegis chief executive Peter Scott in 2015. The Corner’s creative strategic talent and content production are seen as key assets by Be Heard, which continues to build a group focused on end-to-end service across the customer journey.



We advised Be Heard throughout their entire Buy Side process, initially providing financial due diligence on The Corner before working alongside Be Heard through to successful Completion.
