Weber Shandwick snaps up social agency That Lot co-founded by British comedian, actor, writer and director David Schneider

Together they’ve assembled a dream-team of writers, tweeters, designers, videographers, Facebookers, Instagrammers, Snapchatters (you get the idea) to create highly shareable, original content across the social platforms they know and love.
ABOUT THE DEAL
Weber Shandwick acquired 100% of the share capital of That Lot in a transaction set to to ramp up its multi-platform capabilities. That Lot becomes the fourth digital specialist agency acquired by Weber Shandwick in the past eight months, following Brazil’s Cappuccino in May this year, and New York-based Bomoda and Resolute Digital last December.
We acted on behalf of the That Lot shareholders and Directors to prepare, market and successfully sell the business, negotiating the final deal terms of the transaction having built a long lasting relationship with the management team.
